Dear guests!
Please review our policy, which contains the most important rules:

 

• It is possible to arrive from 14:00 and to leave until 11:00 after prior consultation.

• In Siófok, the tourist tax is HUF 550/person/night for every person over the age of 18, which is not included in the accommodation fee. Tourist tax can be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the latest upon check-out.

• When receiving the keys, a HUF 60,000 or EUR 150 security deposit is required, which will be returned to the tenant upon check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

• To check in, all guests must present a valid identity card or passport, which will be recorded on the website of the National Tourist Information Center.

• Smoking is prohibited in the building! Please only smoke on the terrace and in the yard and collect the butts in the ashtrays!

• The capacity of the guest house is 11 people, please do not allow more people than the registered number to stay in the building for sleeping purposes.

• Please respect that in the area of Siófok there is a silence order after 22:00!

• Please use the furnishings as intended! Room furnishings and equipment, including towels, blankets, bed linen, etc. it is forbidden to take it out of the house!

• The furniture can only be rearranged with the consent of the owner.

• Please collect waste selectively, the owner will provide the colored bags for this purpose.

• The guests must take care of the cleaning of the guest house during their stay. The tools necessary for this are provided by the lessor. Final cleaning of the property is performed by the owner, the fee for this is HUF 15,000 per stay, which must be paid at the latest upon departure.

• The host is not responsible for valuables placed and left at the accommodation, please keep the doors, windows and the garden gate closed at all times!

• If you experience any problems or technical errors during your stay, notify the owner immediately by phone, in order to solve them as soon as possible!
